PulseClose is built by a small, operator-led team at Wade Intel. We don’t have open roles right now — the product is built by people who have actually underwritten and closed private-lending deals, and we grow that team slowly and deliberately.

What we care about

The work is deep, not broad: a deterministic sizing engine that has to be right to the dollar, verification pipelines that name their sources, and an underwriting workbench a credit committee can audit. We value people who sweat the correctness of a number more than the polish of a slide, and who understand that trust in a lending tool is earned on the hard, unglamorous cases.
