Colorado gotchas for lenders
- Colorado uses the term ‘Periodic Report’ instead of ‘Annual Report’. LLCs file every other year; corporations file annually.
- ‘Delinquent’ status means reports are overdue but the entity still exists. After 2+ years delinquent, the state may dissolve it.
- Colorado shows good information online including agent name, principal address, and all periodic report filings.
