Who it’s for
The 75–400 loans-a-year private lending shop. One or two underwriters carrying the pipeline in Excel: SOS lookups in one tab, a borrower-submitted track record in another, the sizing model in a third, and the offer letter rebuilt by hand for every deal. It works — until volume, a capital partner’s diligence request, or one bad borrower shows where it doesn’t.
PulseClose replaces that stack with one loop: validate the borrower against primary sources, size the loan deterministically, get an AI read on the deal, route it to your best-execution investor, send the rate-offer letter, and track whether it can fund this month against your warehouse facility.
What we believe
The engine decides, the AI explains. Risk tier and loan size come from deterministic rules you can inspect. AI narrates the record and flags deal-killers — it never sets the number. That’s what makes the output auditable.
Verification beats trust. Borrower-submitted track records are a starting point, not the answer. Deed chains, SOS records, court dockets, and license boards are the source of truth — and every badge in the product drills down to that source.
Configuration, not custom code. Your buy-box grid, sizing assumptions, letterhead, and fees are per-shop settings. Setting up your lending desk shouldn’t require an implementation project.
Decision support, never the decision. PulseClose sizes, screens, and narrates. The credit call is yours — and everything the product produces is built to stand behind that call in front of your capital partners.
Who’s behind it
PulseClose is built by Wade Intel, an operator-led lender technology firm. The methodology is developed and validated in production with working bridge lenders — not designed in the abstract.
